A: Absolutely. At Guraya, natural isn't just a label it's our promise. We grow our ingredients without synthetic pesticides or harmful fertilizers, and we never add artificial colors, flavors, or chemical preservatives to our jars.
Q: How should I store my pickles and murabbas?
A: Since our products don't contain chemical preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Always use a clean, dry spoon to serve to prevent moisture from entering the jar, which helps maintain freshness for longer.
Q: What is the shelf life of Guraya Natural Products?
A: Because we use traditional preservation methods (like natural fermentation), most of our pickles and murabbas stay fresh for 6 to 12 months. Please check the specific "Best Before" date on your individual jar.
Q: Where do your ingredients come from?
A: Most of our core ingredients including our garlic, beetroot, and awla are grown directly on our own farm. This allows us to oversee the entire process from the seed in the ground to the seal on the jar. And have limited stock.
Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes, we deliver our farm-fresh goodness nationwide. Shipping times usually range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: How do I know my glass jars won't break during shipping?
A: We take great care in our packaging. We use eco-friendly, secure cushioning to ensure your glass jars arrive safely at your doorstep. In the rare event of damage, just send us a photo and we’ll make it right!
